The implementation and operation of the Quality Management System based on compliance with the ISO 9001 Standard requirements allows us to guarantee the quality of our buildings to our clients.
The Quality Management System is established in a Manual and in Quality Management Procedures, which are divided up into Management, Procurement and Supply, Human Resources, Proposal Studies, Post-Sale and Construction. The latter division develops the most important construction processes and controls for our buildings.
The most relevant aspect of our Quality Management System is that it allows us to constantly improve the development of our professional and supervisory staff. Weaknesses and strengths are analysed and Internal Auditing and Reviews ensure ongoing monitoring of the System.
This provides continual feedback which allows us to improve our performance on a day-to-day basis and become increasingly competitive.
